Your program is personalized based on your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE). This calculation is determined based on your activity level, BMR, and thermic effect on food metabolism. This program will be tailored toward your body's averages if you have connected a watch to the app. If you have not connected a watch, the meal plan will be based on your weight when you joined G8way Max unless you have provided an updated version, your activity level, and the initial factors you provided when you joined G8way Max.
