What is the 2nd Movement Point, Inside Ankle Bone High?
Inside Ankle Bone High can sometimes get misunderstood. To have IABH, one must keep all toes on the ground. That won’t be good if the foot pronates to where the IAB collapses. But also, if the foot supinates to where the toes are coming off the ground, one could roll their ankle. To acquire Inside Ankle Bone High, one can either maintain it naturally from birth or acquire it through the recode or slant boards.
