What is the 6th Movement Point, Corners?
When we leave the ground, we want to launch with the “Corner” shape. This is how we maintain energy throughout the kinetic chain without dissipating or leaking any potential force. Those that can use the Corner well can pivot off each leg and maintain a strong and durable shape. If you are able to release energy well with the Corner, you’ll notice that you have less hamstring and hip pain than most. You’ll find out that you have above-average hip internal rotation mobility.
