What should I do before going back into the game? – The Sidelines
One of the biggest things I’ll see are professional athletes, youngins, and all types of athletes — they’ll just sit on the bench when they rest. Watch a baseball game, and you’ll see how the pitcher rests in between innings on the bench. This is honestly one of the worst things you can do for your body. When we sit on a bench, we compress all our joints, the muscles get static, and the body has poor resting posture. If you want to be better than your peers, rest in better positions when you are on the sidelines.
